"Attended for a wedding, the main property is fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful, the food was very tasty and the staff are helpful, room needs some TLC, better mattress and new carpet, the food and staffing of the event made up for it "

"Very quiet, staff were excellent. Easy to find and parking on site. Plenty to see and do in the area. Only minor comment is that the pillows could be plumper, & for us, the bed was a little too firm."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Bothy is very smart and well appointed. We couldn't find any manual with explanations about how things worked etc but we largely managed to sort them out. The area is well provided for in terms of National Trust properties and the nearest pub (The Hare) is worth a visit for good food."
