"Arrived on property to a warm welcome and drink coin for a welcome complimentary drink, I chose the Rum Punch. First time staying at Rondel, the accommodations were clean and cozy and updated. I stayed in the villa with 2 bathrooms, personal outdoor hot tub and wrap around deck! It was amazing and so was the rest of the property! 2 pools and a hot tub spa for anyone to use. Very good bar and restaurant with good food! I particularly enjoyed the jerk chicken sandwich on coco bread and the coconut chicken strips both on lunch menu. At dinner I enjoyed the red snapper and mashed potatoes and the jerk chicken dinner! Bar had a good selection of drinks, I mostly had Red Stripes and jerk seasoning Bloody Mary! The Delroy special was also very yummy and packed a punch! The beach was beautiful and well care for with nice loungers and views. It is near a lot of hot spots for reggae shows and other restaurants nearby. With all the above being mentioned the best part of the property are the staff… all of them! They made our stay memorable! We will return because the staff feel like family now!"

"We really loved our stay at Cocolapalm! It was very clean. The staff was great. The grounds were pretty. Restaurant food was authentic and delicious! Would have given it a 5/5, but on our last night, a thunderstorm hit and the window started leaking as well as a small spot in the roof. Staff came, recaulked the window, and mopped the bathroom floor. No fix for the roof at that time, so the couch was simply moved. All in all, ot was a very pleasant stay."

"Overall....things were nice! Friendly Property Manager!Room was clean and accomodative. Water in shower was unbearably hot, the first time we used it. Afterwards, it was ok, temperature-wise. The faucet control (knob) fell off a couple of times. AC was excellent. Check-in and Check out processes were handled well. We couldn't find TV local channels. Would go back for sure!"
