"Property was fresh and clean. Nice space for the price. The kitchen had the basics but could have used some extra cooking utensils. Towels and beach towels provided. Lots of beach chairs and loungers available. AC was quick to cool down your room. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was very attentive to our needs. We've already booked our next stay for August!"

"This is an old property. The accommodations are not what we are accustomed to. The architecture is interesting as it resembles French colonial from the early 1900s. The place seems abandoned but there are other guests there. Mostly people who work at other resorts. Reception is not staffed consistently. The best part of this place is location across the street from skylark beach club. This is where we hung out during the day. Also this place is very quiet and relaxing."

"Beautiful experience celebrating a bachelorette with my best friends. We definitely had the best beach that we saw in Negril! Kenya and Mak were lovely, positive, and helpful in every way. They made us feel so safe and at home. We really appreciated the love they put in our meals, keeping the home clean, and helping us get around. Will never forget the memories made in this villa!"
