This is a real hidden gem boutique hotel close to everything and well located in Negril. If you're a "Fancy All-Inclusive" type of person, this place is not for you. If you want a real Jamaican experience with friendly locals and relaxing low-key tourists then go ahead and book at Legends. To have the option of visiting their sister resort Samsara within a shuttle drive is the best of both worlds. You can go back and forth between both and experience the cliffs/snorkeling/pools and the nice pristine beach at Legends. Both resorts have great and diverse food. Entertainment on the weekends and are 20 minute walk to downtown Negril and less to other restaurants and entertainment places. Vanessa, Jennifer, are amazing waitresses, Jean and O'Neill are great cooks, Neville keeps the property clean and Michael will look after you and your belongings on the beach side keeping you safe.

We love staying at Legends. The staff is what keeps us coming back! Merie, Jennifer, Kerryann, Vanessa, Melissa, Cesar, Mike, Chiquita and her housekeeping team always make us feel welcome and well cared for. The security team gives us great peace of mind, keeping us feeling safe on both the beach and garden sides. Legends has a prime location on Seven Mile Beach, with its restaurant and dining right on the beach, 2 well maintained pools and plenty of nearby bars with live music. We also love the free shuttle to their sister property, Samara, which is perfect for cliff jumping or simply relaxing (they also have 2 pools). Thanks to their INCREDIBLE STAFF, we always feel right at home and can’t wait to return!

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was fairly clean. However, there was ants throughout the stay crawling all over the room & bathroom floor, which seem to come from the balcony even after housekeeping "dealt" with it. The staff were very attentive which made stay more tolerable. Breakfast I had 1 morning on property restaurant, was no good. It was better from my "restaurant on wheels" across the street (Mr Garth). Plus the air con worked periodically. Overall would not stay again.

Don't go expecting a luxury setting. Basically just beachside lodging with a pool and the option of paying for meals. Staff was invisible and front desk attitude was horrible along with them being ignorant about everything. The best thing was the location. It was towards the end of the 7 miles strip, so 3 minutes drive into the town centre where you can get access to local bars, restaurants, grocery stores and Jamaican lifestyles. A tip for enjoyment is walking along the beach at nights, there's usually something happening at one of the neighboring villas.

If you're looking for simple, no thrills and relaxation, this is for you. Right on the beach. It has a restaurant. Food was great. Got harassed few times by locals. But other then that I enjoyed my stay.

The staff is absolutely fantastic!! Melissa, Jennifer, and Katie made us feel like family! The food wasn’t the best. But the staff makes up for it! We will definitely return. We just had an absolutely amazing time.

This hotel is right on the beach I loved that we could just leave the room and be on the beach in a few short steps there are private lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests the bar staff is absolutely wonderful, food on site was great we weren’t all inclusive but enjoyed the restaurant. They have a sister property on the cliffs which is also very accommodating. I enjoyed the quiet as it was low season when we arrived the rain held off everyday until about 4 pm never affected our enjoyment of the property or the beach. There are glass bottom boat rides available for booking we enjoyed a few trips with captain Clark to the island for snorkeling and lunch. The beach is absolutely beautiful. My best advice is don’t forget to grab small bills from the bank for tipping purposes it’s vital to have small bills and though the atm in the area gives US dollars it doesn’t have smaller then $20, the staff obviously appreciates the guests generosity on any level . Also helps to remember your manners n check the foul language as it’s not well received . I stayed 10 days with my boyfriend which it was his very first trip and I’ve surely ruined him for other adventures because Jamaica is absolutely breathtaking from sunrise to sunset . Thank you for making our visit memorable.

Our room was upgraded for free, the front desk staff was very pleasant. Beach was nice and clean and the food at the restaurant was great. Loved how everything was convenient when you wanted to go outside of the resort. Beautiful spot, will stay again!
