"Check in was different, but once we figured it out, it was very easy as well as check-out. It snowed quite a bit (in May) and we were a little concerned about the steep driveway, wasn't a problem. It was plowed and salted before we we needed to leave (early). The room was clean and comfortable. Great alternative to staying in a casino."

Very often I am frustrated by minor inconveniences such as not enough pillows or towels, no in room coffee or only enough pods/pack for 1 or 2 cups of regular coffee. Not the case here. Each of the two beds had 4 pillows, 6 pods of (Regular caffeinated) coffee, plenty of towels. Even had Wine glasses, cork puller and paper plates and plastic ware. I appreciate these extra amenities. Despite a huge amount of snow falling on May 4th our stay was still great. Board games etc kept us occupied and great views of the Lake and the forest beyonfl.
