Sehr schöne Lage

Die Wohnung war ein bisschen zu abgenutzt,treckige Kissen,verschimmelte Duschkabine.Gut,das wir haben unsere von Zuhause gebracht.Leider mit Hund könntern wir am Platja de Rubina baden,fast 30 Min.fahrt mit dem Auto.Es gab in die Nähe nur ein Laden,ziemlich teuer.Und wir müssten noch extra 350€ Kaution bezahlen.Aber trotzdem,die ganze Lage ist wunderschön und die Wohnung ist klimatisiert.Dafür ein großes like.

A notre arrivée l'appartement était si sale que nous avons dû refaire le ménage intégralement. Un tapis de bain mouillé, sale et plein de poils et cheveux, jonchait le sol de la salle de bains. Les placards des chambres étaient inutilisables. Ils sentaient le moisi et il y avait des couettes et des édredons roulés grossièrement en boule.... Il y avait même un vieux téléviseur dans l'un d'entre eux. Nous avons dû refaire la vaisselle entièrement (les poêles étaient sales et nous avons trouvé une blatte morte dans un plat non lavé...) La machine à laver est une antiquité qui n'essore pas. Nous avons dû nettoyer la baie vitrée pour profiter de la vue car elle était si sale qu'elle était opaque... Concernant la baie vitrée, le côté droit ne fermait pas, ce qui posait un vrai problème de sécurité puisque n'importe qui pouvait rentrer de l'extérieur. Dans les lits, les protège matelas étaient sales. Seuls points positifs, la vue et le parking. Nous avons contacté l'agence JAGRUP par mail en envoyant des photos précises. Une personne aimable nous a rappelés dans la foulée en se montrant compréhensive mais en nous reprochant d'avoir tardé à les aviser et en nous disant que la responsable de l'agence allait nous rappeler pour trouver une solution. Ce qu'elle ne fit jamais. Nous précisons qu'aucun état des lieux n'est fait à l'arrivée et que si cela avait été le cas, il n'y aurait pas eu de problèmes. A se demander à quoi sert l'agence. Bref, location et agence à éviter instamment !!!

Appartement bien placé belle vue mais très inconfortable

Contact sympa de l agence ,excellente réactivité ,superbe vue et un réel plus ,un garage.passons aux points négatifs…cafards termites ( visibles ). Odeur pestilentielle persistante dans la salle de bain. Matelas dans la chambre très très fatigué (cuvette ) Propreté plus que moyenne Aucun accueil personnalisé ( pas même une bouteille d eau !) déco vieillotte et poussiéreuse ,poignée de porte branlante ,boiseries qui tombent en lambeaux bref nous avons été très decus

"Canyelles petites" en familia

El apartamento tiene buena ubicación y unas bonitas vistas, pero muy justito en el mantenimiento. Tenia un sillon con una pata rota , al sofa cama le faltaban algunas lamas, los armarios con olor a cerrado, ni una simple mesita de noche....
