"Celebrating a milestone birthday should not require constant cleaning of roaches. And the resolution was a small bottle of roach spray. After constant texting someone came and fumigated which resulted in roaches going belly up and is as paid guests to clean it up. Not cool. The response was it's the islands and there are always roaches. Not in the description before purchase. Still fighting for deposit to be returned. Stay at your own caution."

"The rooms were nice and they were remodeling all around the property. The breakfast was good and was fresh juice. The pool looked nice but I didn’t go in it. They had excellent water pressure and clean sheets. The whole property had a nice tropical theme with walkways and a little sitting areas hidden away from everyone I would definitely go again"

"My stay at Baha Mar was overall wonderful. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — very clean, modern, and visually stunning. Our ocean-view room was spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere all felt high-end and relaxing. The only downside was the inconsistency in staff knowledge. Several times we asked for directions around the resort and many employees didn’t seem familiar with where things were located, which was surprising for a property of this size and caliber. Another issue happened at The Swimming Pig. The bill already included a gratuity (which is fine), but our server told us the gratuity “goes to Baha Mar, not to the staff” in an attempt to get us to tip again. We later confirmed this wasn’t true, so that part felt misleading. Overall, we still had a great experience and would return, but I hope management addresses staff training and transparency with tipping going forward — it would make an already beautiful resort even better."
