"very conveniently located 0.7 miles from the Convention center - an easy walk on sidewalk and main roads. Some of the neighborhood further down the road was "sketchy" as my kids would say but we did not feel unsafe at any time. Backyard was nicely done with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit and grill. Outside we could hear traffic and a few trains but not inside the house."

"We stayed here for graduation and it was perfect! Travis was quick to respond! He had coffee that we needed which was so thoughtful! It’s nice walking into a home w hand soap, dish soap, shampoo n conditioner, laundry detergent .. was so helpful! We used every space and it was a fantastic fit!! Would definately stay here again.:)"

"We stayed 3 nights at this location it was lovely. We were going to arrive late and we reached out to the host to let them know. They quickly responded to let us know they’d leave the lights on for us. We arrived and the house was well lit and it was so clean. We loved how each bed had an extra cozy blanket it made it feel like home. It was a very well stocked house with everything you might need. "The stay was pleasant and peaceful. I was in town for a relativein the hospital, but it felt like I was on a mini vacation. I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting. I am looking forward to staying again under better circumstances."

"The house was in a decent area of town. We rented solely because they allowed pets and had a fenced in yard. Unfortunately, the property has an abundance of poison ivy growing in the open area of the backyard and in the landscape beds near the driveway. We did not feel comfortable letting our dog roam free and had to keep her on a lease during our stay, which was an inconvenience. The house itself was ok and as stated. The small bedroom with the baby crib had an odd smell that was...
