"Bed comfortable, hubby didn’t like the pillows because he likes thin pillows. Shower is everything ESPECIALLY if you like hot showers 😁 Staff awesome. Will visit again."

"We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. The staff at the front desk were snotty but the room service staff and cleaning staff were excellent. Being our anniversary and we had to ask if we could have a glass of champagne that was at the front desk at arrival. They have a neat fire pit for wedding parties only- it would be nice if they had those all along the outdoor patio for all guests of enjoy. The tv is dated and the soaking tub is not large enough for 2. I will say the robes were very nice. "

"Booking was solid. The hotel tried to meet my request even though they couldn’t they tried. The rooms were ok. One of my 2 rooms booked the tv didn’t work, no WiFi. They beds were ok but I did see traces of roaches. One of my rooms beds the sheets were dirty. "

"The AC/heat worked well but was very loud/noisy. No clock or radio or dim lights in the room... only very bright LED lights. The continental breakfast was very basic but enough to get a little bite before checking out. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price, this basic accommodation was acceptable. Its not the Ritz but its a decent, no frills, adequate place to stay."

"Everything was kind of "meh". There were potato chip crumbs and a lost earring in the pull out couch mattress. The breakfast wasn't open early on Saturday when we needed to eat, and the coffee in the lobby was empty. On Sunday we were able to get breakfast but they only had one person making omelets so it took 45 minutes to get ours. I wouldn't pick this hotel again."
