"We go to Knoxville every 3 months or so to get away from small town life. This time was for our wedding anniversary. My wife has specific needs and unfortunately this hotel didn't have the needs for her. mind you it was ZERO fault of this fine establishment whatsoever and we needed to go elsewhere. Assistant Manager A. B. and staff were very kind and understanding and allowed us to cancel and gave us a full refund which was wonderful of him and the hotel to have that happen. 05/21/2024 I would whole heartedly suggest anyone looking for one of the best hotels in Knoxville to stay here any day of the week.
