"The hotel itself was great — the room was nice, and the view was beautiful. Unfortunately, the restaurant, Sudden Sally, really dragged the experience down. It was extremely hit or miss, mostly miss. The breakfast sandwich I ordered tasted old and honestly disgusting, like it had been sitting around far too long. Credit where it’s due, they did refund it, but that doesn’t exactly make up for serving food like that in the first place.
The service was just as inconsistent. Most of the waiters seemed completely uninterested and rarely checked in. There was one attentive staff member, but unfortunately I forgot their name. Overall, the restaurant felt poorly managed and nowhere near the same standard as the hotel itself."
