We stayed in one of the cabins. The cabin itself was clean. The shampoo/body wash bottle was empty. The hot tub was clean. The complementary breakfast was decent. The only reason why the low star rating, is because the cabins do not have AC units. It gets really hot during the day and cool in the evening but it’s still not enough to cool the entire cabin down. The hotel personnel recommended to keep the windows open at night and closing them during the day, along with the shades. The cabin has a ceiling fan, but you cannot regulate it, it has a set speed. It did not help to cool down the cabin. I did notice that if you stay in the rooms, they do have AC units, it’s only the cabins that do not. I would not recommend staying in the cabins during the summer. The property is located close to West Yellowstone entrance, about 30 minutes drive.

Kitchen with Fridge, coffee maker and micro was very helpful, Staff was very accommodating, Appreciated being out of the main town, convenient to Yellowstone, great views, some noise from other rooms at times, and bed was very soft, (my preference is firm), Breakfast was 7am to 10am with a lot of guests. Good parking, and washer/dryer on site. Housekeeping was by request. Hot tub was nice and well maintained. Grocery store, and gas station across the street was very convenient. Stayed for two weeks and was very comfortable.

Property and staff is good. No issues at all. Very good experience from property and it's owners. Except some guests here. Noticed same thing in yellowstone park too, so it's not a guest problem btw. In general do not be surprised if you find people bit annoying and intolerant in this area even for little things compared to san francisco bay area. Everybody seems to be on edge for some reason and ready to verbally confront something trivial which would be so easy and convenient to ignore and move on. But it's ok, if they don't do it, for sure we can do it. We did that, just ignored and walked away without saying single word.
