"After a start several years ago, i said I'd never return as the hotel was dated, uncomfortable and cold. Now it's the opposite. It's been refurbished ana much nicer than it was and would be happy to return Welcome still needs a bit of tweaking as could be better but overall much improved "

"Friendly staff at reception, nice spacious room for me and the family. Had nice views outside the hotel and a good breakfast in the morning. Didnt get chance to try any of the spa facilities but would definitely stay here again if i needed too"

"The less said the better. Hostel would be a compliment, no hot water, terrible smell of dampness, used as a homeless shelter through covid. Thankfully Hotels.com moved me into a nicer hotel - complimentary for the second night. Do not book here if on a business trip. "
