"We liked the location. Just up the hill from town. We enjoy our walks. The studio room was too small to stay in for a week. Would be ok for a night or 2 though. There’s a steel structural beam obstructing your view as well as it taking up so much room. Overall we loved our time in Queenstown and always out and about early till late so we use the room to sleep in only. It’s in a great location for bus tours and shuttles. All leave from very nearby."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. The hotel itself is situated at the edge of the lake by a wonderful botanical garden. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to interact with desk help much after check-in. definitely a great recommendation for staying in Queenstown."

"Solo traveler: Ideal location - you're a 3 minute walk from everything downtown. The room is clean and everything on the property is well maintained and new. Would 100% stay here again. The walls aren't the thickest so you can hear noise in the hallway. I was lucky enough to be on an end so it was minimal but I could see that being an issue if you're by the drink machine but even this is a mild inconvenience."
