The only significant issue is the plumbing infrastructure, particularly the toilet valves were too old or maybe there just isn’t sufficient water pressure to flush
Always wondering if it’s going to be a successful flush is a bit nerve wracking
Other than that, it’s a decent hotel with amazing views and friendly staff and an excellent location to do commercial stuff/dining in the Hotel Zone

New Hotel well maintained, Service was so-so , they seemed to be overwhelmed. Stayed for NYE. Staff was friendly. The tipping seemed to be excessive for a all inclusive. Food concepts was really good but the execution was average.
Good Property but they have to work on the details and improve the overall experience. For the right price it could be a good value.

Rooms were immaculate! Plenty of shade on the beach & pool area. There were no activities on the resort in the evening. Your only option is just dinner. Unfortunately, waiting until you come to make dinner reservations will leave you eating at 9 pm.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Place definitely needs alot of fixing up considering how expenseive it is to stay there. Wish there were more gluten free options or stuff understood more about it. Some staff did understand and i was greatful for them. Room 611 had a very strong chemical smell and we changed rooms. 2nd room much better. Spa was definitely great .

Clean room, great staff, beautiful gardens! Pool and beach area was nice and clean and plenty of room! Lots of pool and beach activities available. Property is big but everything easily accessible and resort offers a grounds shuttle service which is fabulous for guests with mobility issues!!
