Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort was magical. The grounds are impeccable, nestled in a jungle, with paths weaving through the property connecting the various buildings and amenities. The resort has 3 different lobbies. There is the Kantenah, Colonial and White Sands. Be sure you know exactly which one you are booking as they come with different privileges. Within Kantenah, you can upgrade to Family Selection which gives you access to all the restaurants and pools on the entire property. If you book Kantenah only, you will be limited to which restaurants you can dine at. Upgrading to Family Selection also gets you a butler in your building. They can help you book all your dinner reservations. It is best to do this upon arrival as they do book up pretty quickly. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, resort was clean and the food was wonderful. Bravo dinner and show was underwhelming. Too much of a focus on the show which we weren't too crazy about. The Bahia e Brasa and Hibachi were our favorite dinners. The Family Selection pool is great for families with little kids. The Colonial pool is the one we spent most of our time on. Recommend getting there early to get a spot with an umbrella. The golf carts are super handy and a fun way to get around the property. The two things to be prepared for: mosquitoes and sargassum on the beach. Obviously these things the resort can't fully control, but good to be aware of. Bring bug repellant and plan to swim in the pool!"
