"Very helpful staff"

"My daughter and I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. There were not a lot of options and the price of the food was very high for what was available. I ordered a soup and with a side order of white rice. The rice was crunchy and hard. They served the bottom left over of the rice. I told the waiter and he thought it was funny. He said he would tell them. Never offered to replace it or offer something different. Then when he brought the check he said he gave me a small discount which was nothing. But expected a tip. I wouldn’t advise eating there for poor service and bad food."

"Only I said check in was a long wait on April 11 and April 19,for our room, they said they would,while we waited inside but no one called,also this morning the hot water took forever to come to Shower and Sink, you had to let it run for awhile,over all it's a nice Hotel and the staff was was great"

"This property on Expedia has false pictures. The rooms are dingy, smells like mold.there are 2 lounge chairs by the pool when it averages 6-8 people by the pool. The hot tub isnt hot, it was empty when we got there til i complained. The views are either of the roof or broken concrete by the pool. The stairwell looks like it is from a scary movie. Homeless guy hangs outfront. This place is an absolute dump.Save your money , spend a little more money and stay somewhere else"

"The location is Great.. but the rooms need an update . Furniture is old and the bathroom was not nice at all. Our room looked old. Not like the pictures they advertised. The view to the beach was very nice.!!.."

"My room smelled like mold. The bathroom faucets had like mold on them and scum. No jetted tubs just a tub. I wish they had a pool even though the beach is at walking distance. Breakfast, you’re better off just eating out somewhere locally. "

"Staff great, drinks good, did see a baby roach in my room which we killed 2nd day of trip but none after that, pool was clean, beach choppy however plenty of chairs and umbrellas, food was good."
