"My daughter just graduated from University of Missouri. I was shocked to find out that Mr Rollins was one of its founding fathers. Our stay could not have been any better. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were endless. We also loved the Chance gardens just across the street. Thank-you for the great memories made."

"It’s a very comfortable, roomy and well cared for property. We all enjoyed our rooms and comfortable beds. Loved community space even got to play cards on the big dinning room table. Close enough to downtown to easily walk, shop and eat. We plan on coming back. Hopefully when the Museum across the street is open. Great stay."
