"Elevators are horrible, outdated, old and one of the two guest elevators didn't work for two days of my stay . No ability to buy water or anything else at the hotel, if you want water you need to go to the second floor with your own bottle to refill from a water machine. Having to pay a Destination Fee for lousey internet was a rip off. Yes you get two drink coupons with it but that isn't as important as having good internet which there's isn't. Only because it was located in an area I needed to be wouls I stay there again."

"The hotel is in the perfect location for travelers seeing Broadway shows and is also walking distance from MoMA, Rockefeller Center and Port Authority. I was in an accessible room. Unlike in the online photo, there was no folding shower seat. However, a portable seat was brought to my room immediately after I called the desk. The lobby is huge with many seating options, a bar, and free entertainment at night. "

"The hotel has large rooms for NYC. They are clean and everything works well. It is an easy walk to many of New York's best attractions, including Bryant Park, Time Square and the Empire State building. The lobby market and bar are both good, with friendly staff."
