I have never had a nicer or more welcoming host; the view is gorgeous and it’s a great location to local eateries and a short drive to Sandy Hook Beach or the Seastreak ferry to NYC. "We had albeit a short one night stay at this property for a two day one night "adventure" for mom with our two young kids in tow, and it was a great home and experience. Good location 1 block from the beach and morning coffee. Parking for two cars. Outdoor shower. Three bedrooms and bunkbeds for the littles. Micheal was also super accommodating and communicated extremely well and on a timely basis. "

"I looked forward to our stay and had a nice correspondence with the host at first. The place is spacious and the location is good if you are there for the water and amusement parks. It unfortunately did not feel professionally cleaned and various things were in disrepair or just dirty. I tried to mention it to the host but got no reply. "

" Loved the AC’d rooms with mini fridges as well as 2 beautiful porches where we enjoyed a quiet evening. Great location two blocks from beach and boardwalk near a dead end that abuts a park. Just wish we had reserved a room with a queen sized bed instead of a full sized bed. "
