"It was okay "

"The woman who checked us in was very brusque and standoffish. She also lied about our room being quiet as it was right on the street across from a restaurant with a loud bar at night. Our room had old AC that just had a knob that said "cool or heat" (not digital) and when we turned it to cool, it made a high-pitched sound. Thus we had to deal with a hot room in order to avoid that unpleasant sound. Otherwise, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the rest of the staff were nice."

"I was appalled by how filthy this property was. If it had not been due to the fact it was a quick trip to Charleston, I would have taken photos and spoken to the manager. I could never have imagined that a hotel in my city could be this bad! Shame on owners!"

"The room was good , there was ladybugs in the window otherwise it was clean. I would suggest more ashtrays. The staff was very kind and helpful. Keep up the good work. Thank you."

"Loved our stay. The beds are more like fulls than queen beds and the bathroom was pretty small but we realize this is due to the time period this hotel was built. The beds although small, we're every comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to many different shops, bars, and resturants. "
