We booked round-trip airport transfers, as well as dinner on the rooftop for our first night and another evening during our stay. The entire team was brilliant from beginning to end: attentive, friendly, thorough, thoughtful, and sincere. We felt a sense of joy every time we saw them, whether they were at the front desk or serving us at breakfast and dinner. The dinners were generous, and the breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We highly recommend Riad Andalla Spa to anyone visiting Marrakesh! Tip for future guests: There is another property with a similar name nearby - Riad Andalla (without the "Spa"). If you are taking a taxi, be sure to double-check and show the driver the exact name and address to ensure you get to the right place."

"This is a well run hostel. The common areas are well maintained and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is well worth it; lots of options and a fair price, especially if you book ahead. The location in the medina is good. I could get to the main square to meet for tours within a 10-15 minute walk. It maybe be worth booking a pick-up if you have rolling luggage as taxis cannot drive right to the hostel and it's a very bumpy walk with a suitcase. I ordered a pick-up when I left and a guy came with a cart to move my luggage until we got to the taxi, which was much easier. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm which was cleaned well everyday."
