The Riad is stunning. It’s 7 houses joined together, so there are lots of steps if that’s a challenge for you, all the roads are like that. The setting is stunning, there’s sun decks with loungers and a small indoor pool. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get into the spa, book in advance, but it seemed to be very professional and clean. The staff were all very helpful, it’s a short walk to the square, and there are a lot of small vendors etc. The staff will tell you how much to pay for a cab, and guide you on tipping. People will push for more money because you’re a tourist. It was the nicest place we stayed on our trip and I would have no hesitation returning there.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Great location, large rooms ( we stayed with 17 and 18 year olds and had plenty of room). Massage’s were great, Simo and the staff always helped with dinner choices, shops and any other needs we had. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

I recently stayed at Riad Palais des Princesses, we obtained a room upgrade which was so perfect, room was spotless, spacious, well maintained, and the staff was incredible friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This riad was the highlight of my trip to Marrakech. Beautiful property, quiet and clean premises, and great hospitality. Walking distance to eateries, shops, and points of interest. Attentive and polite staff that go out of their way to solve problems. Simo from the front desk epitomizes top notch customer service. He stepped in to ease up my departure process, which turned out more complicated than expected due to delayed transportation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
