"The Riad is stunning. It’s 7 houses joined together, so there are lots of steps if that’s a challenge for you, all the roads are like that. The setting is stunning, there’s sun decks with loungers and a small indoor pool. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get into the spa, book in advance, but it seemed to be very professional and clean. The staff were all very helpful, it’s a short walk to the square, and there are a lot of small vendors etc. The staff will tell you how much to pay for a cab, and guide you on tipping. People will push for more money because you’re a tourist. It was the nicest place we stayed on our trip and I would have no hesitation returning there. "

"Exceptionally clean hotel, very comfortable, wonderful staff - especially Ahmed who checked us in, was very polite and was on-hand throughout our stay to help with things. The hotel itself is very well furnished and maintained. Every corner is picture worthy. The rooms have everything you need - would have liked a dedicated iron and tea facilities, but these are provided when needed. Very clean and daily room service was done without fail. Location is within the medina - 15-20 min walk to Jemaa El Fna square, and you manage to avoid the craziness of the central area. The hotel is an oasis and highly recommended."

"The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. "
