"I can't say enough nice things about my stay here. The place was amazing and right at the edge of the Medina. The staff were top notch and breakfast is cooked for each person as you arrive. Do use the pick-up service to get to the hotel - as the local lanes all look the same at first, A short walk to the old Jewish Quarter and souk entrance. Mutta and her team very helpful and friendly when it comes to organising guides, transport etc. Great stay. "

"The hotel is nice, but you will need someone to help guide you there if you are not familar with the surroundings. Area is in the local market. The concierge is very friendly, she gave us suggestions and help make arrangments. I would not stay there again if my husband was not with me. Many men came up to us trying to give us direction or help then asked for money. Just be caucious and stay aware."

"Hotels.com dropped the ball and didn't keep my reservation for them. They still accommodated me at the price I was quoted. I was thankful for that. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Personally I would pick a different place because I'm a big tall guy and need a high soft bed. And tv since I'm american lol. Otherwise nice and will get immersed in the culture with this stay."

Kabir est la personne qui nous a accueilli à la réception, il est très serviable et professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec nos bagages à l’aéroport ce qui a fait que nous sommes arrivés en retard le premier jour, mais Kabir était là pour nous assister même très tard le soir ( Jusqu’à 4h du matin).
