This Riad does not disappoint.
An excellent location with which to explore the old city.
Fabulous food, accomodation and amazing staff.
Would highly recommend.
The property was clean, classy filled with harmony and beauty
The staff was amazing
Soufiane was absolutely incredibly pleasant , professional , helpful and supportive
Great guide Great food in all their restaurant on site.
What very welcoming and clean property. Friendly staff who could not do enough for us. Fantastic location in the heart of the Medina. A little sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Would highly recommend staying here.
Lovely Riad in the heart of the Medina, just steps from the main square.
With a courtyard view room there was the added bonus of seeing some great live jazz in the courtyard every night. The spa is also terrific.
Both the guys at the front desk were extremely helpful. Thanks to Soufiane for all his extra recommendations and help.
What a jewel of a place among so many Riads to choose from. They pick you up from the airport and bring you right to the Riad so you don’t have to find it inside the Medina. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. While they check you in, a little Moroccan tea and an almond delicacy. Room is small but very comfortable and has everything. AC, tea, water, some peaches all charming and well above my expectations for the price of the room. The best is their jazz band playing at their restaurant Arabe and their roof top patio La Pergola which is bustling with life in the open sky air. Both staff and food were great. It was a very pleasant experience.
Soram the manager made our check out great by showing us a map and where to go, offering guide or taxi services and keeping our luggage until we came back. I would go again as it made our coming to Marrakesh for the first time not stressful at all. They’re very simpatico
This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at globally. The authentic experience of Morocco is 100%. Everything from the building itself, to food and atmosphere is amazing. But the true beauty is the staff. What a service and beautiful people. Thank you so much.
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. From the airport transfer to reception, the staff was nice and excited to facilitate my first trip to Morocco and even sat down with me to discuss must see sights. The food was amazing too! Great vibes and music.
I had such a great stay at Riad Monceau! The place is super chic and the decor is beautiful. It has a really cool mix of modern style and traditional Moroccan vibes.
The location is amazing and perfect for getting around, and the live entertainment was tons of fun. What really stood out to me was how welcoming the management team was. The manager, Mohammed, and the lady manager (I didn't catch her name, unfortunately!) were both so sweet. They really went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and looked after, which I appreciated so much as a solo female traveler.
If you're coming to Marrakech, definitely stay here. I'd come back in a heartbeat!
I arrive there front desk was Soufiane greeting was amazing , I felt home and safe , I really wanted to experience the traditional style and luckily I chose the right place , I can’t explain about the beauty of the place , staff were amazingly helpful , very clean , property had different restaurant , at night arround the pool it was live music , that was one of the amazing trio that I had , since I was traveling solo I was kind of worried about safety , but it was very safe even late night going around the hotel but staff were make sure I am getting back safely even they ask to come and get me from square if it was late .thank you very much from the good service I really recommend to visit this hotel
Our stay at this riad was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is absolutely beautiful, with incredible Moroccan design, a peaceful courtyard, stunning lighting, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and genuinely welcoming.
What made the experience truly special, though, was the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The hospitality felt personal rather than rehearsed, and that made a real difference.
The live music by the pool was one of the highlights of the weekend. Sitting in such a beautiful setting while listening to the band created one of those travel moments you know you will remember long after the trip is over.
The riad was elegant, relaxing, full of character, and easily one of the best parts of our time in Marrakech. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.
This is not a five-star review. It is a six-star review trapped inside a five-star system.
Such a lovely personable hotel , nothing was too much - staff so attentive and knowledgeable

We chose this riad to celebrate our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations.
The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the private jacuzzi was a real highlight.
A peaceful, romantic stay with excellent service throughout.
Beautiful riad! Quiet during the day, but comes alive at night with non-guests arriving to enjoy the nightly live jazz and rooftop restaurant. Rooms are small but well appointed, with beautiful tiled bathrooms and custom, high-quality towels. Service was good—a special shoutout to Soufiane for his patience with some payment hiccups. The only disappointment was the onsite hammam service we booked, which did not meet expectations given the higher price compared to other hammams in Marrakesh.
Hard to say anything bad about this place. Location, atmosphere, service, rooms etc were 5/5. Of course you need to know you are staying at a jazz club, but after 23 it were quite.
Would recommend this to everybody exploring Marrakech and the area around. They also helped us book a trip to the Atlas Mountains.
If we go again this would be the place we staid
