"Very very basic hotel, strange location, noisy rooms. "

"We booked the hotel due to the proximity to the airport and we had an early 6:15am departure. We had booked the hotel at 8pm and arrived at 11pm only to be advised there was no running water in the room due to the water system being cleaned. They new this at the time of booking but still accepted our reservation. We then had to find another hotel nearby."

"I stayed there due to power outage in ny house for 1 night.. good location in mirdiff, very welcoming staff special thanks to Mr mohammed. Rooms are specious clean and new. Hotel surrounded by a small shopping center and different dining outlets. Good stay "

"The double pod/room was clean, comfortable, quiet and a nice even temperature. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was such a good idea to book this to be able to sleep properly for a good 5 hours between flights. The only improvement would be to have toilets in the pod area, rather than having to go out onto the concourse area, but we knew this before we booked. "

"Very disappointing stay. The service was poor, and the reception staff were especially unhelpful. During a time when many tourists were stranded and needed guidance or support, the staff showed little empathy and no willingness to assist. The room maintenance was also poor, with leaky sinks and toilet issues. Overall, the lack of support from reception and poor upkeep made the experience frustrating. The hotel seriously needs to improve staff responsiveness and basic maintenance standards."
