Very good/ clean room, staff were extremely helpful and amenities were ok, the breakfast was ok but I wish they had more healthy options like more fruits and that they offered real cappuccino not from the small machine
I loved the good treatment provided by all the reception staff and workers for the comfort of the resident and how they provided assistance as quickly as possible with good manners and a comfortable smile that came from the depths of their hearts. Thank you all for hosting me and I would like to book a room in my next visit.
Millennium place the best hotel !! The staff and service is top tier 💯‼️loved everything about it so peaceful and such beautiful place to stay!! The staff especially 10/10 everyone were so sweet and nice and everything about hotel was nice. Defo recommend 😍
Rooftop bar is a super bonus. Out of hustle bustle
Fabulous staff. Rooftop bar is superb. Nice selection of eateries from sports bar, arabic to club lounge, particularly for a relatively small hotel. Located next to park with cycle tracks, walks, etc. Really nice location on edge of dubai away from hustle bustle.

The room is spacious, nice furniture, the hotel is close to one of the best restaurants, and very close to Mirdif City Center, sleeping industry ( mattress, pillows) need to be need improvement , unfortunately it wasn’t comfortable, The level of cleanliness is poor , The bathroom has a bad smell at all times, there seems to be a problem with the sewerage
Millennium should improve not only its professionalism but also its system. The hotel is not in sync with Expedia, and there are always guests complaining at the front desk.
Although they want to present as a family location, Millennium Mirdif is anything but.
The upside is that the staff are friendly and welcoming.
I stayed there for a whole month, the bell boys where very kind to us and did everything for us, I had a lot of bags due to shopping. They took every bag from me.
Food: the breakfast I give 4/5 just because they didn’t have the English breakfast , if I wanted scrambled eggs they need to make it, not on the buffet, and no orange juice but after I mentioned it they provided it after a 2 week stay. Other than that everything was amazing and all my family loved the place and now want to book there
Check in and concierge staff was friendly. I asked them to make up my room when I went out, as well as for additional towels and a dental kit and water. When I came back it was not done. Called the reception, told me they would send within 5 minutes, it took a good 15 minutes. Then the bedding had blood stains and the guy said they ran out of pillows. I called reception again, and after 30 minutes, I had received better and cleaner stuff. as well as pillows.
- Room wasn't clean when we first entered it right after check-in. We discovered multiple issues such as stain/blood on the bed sheets, hair in the bathroom room, dusty cabinets, etc. We took pictures and shared them with the front desk. Service team came and changed the sheets and did a quick bathroom floor cleaning.
- Front desk offered a deep cleaning at a later stage. However, no one followed up and came to coordinate and schedule it.
- Hot Water flow in the room was horrible. In three different occurrences and while taking a shower, hot water completely stopped flowing. Each time, we need to turn the shower off and wait (at least a minute) to get the hot water back to normal.
- Awful breakfast. We paid extra for what's supposed to be a 4-star hotel breakfast. Food quality and selection was below average. We actually skipped breakfast multiple times (despite it being included in the package). Millennium Mirdif didn't get the most basic breakfast item right which is "Coffee", The coffee offered at breakfast was terrible. When asked. I was told that it's a powdered coffee. I was also told that in order to get better coffee, i need to pay extra!
Very well looked after by Dipesh, very attentive and always friendly, even down to how we preferred our bed made, as in having the bed sheets not tucked in. Perfect customer orientation.
Room smelled like sewer, there's a nightclub right under my room which kept me up until 3am, requested drinking water from housekeeping which never arrived, ordered a meal that was unsavory, kettle was broken, no iron or ironing board in the suite, uncomfortable bed, and did I mention the sewer smell??... Very disappointed, I'd give 0 stars if I could.
I recently stayed at Millennium Place Mirdif in Dubai for 6 nights, and overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
One of the standout aspects was the happy and welcoming staff—from the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was consistently good throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and hassle-free.
The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area overlooking the green landscapes of Mushrif Park, which provided a nice escape from the busier parts of Dubai. There’s no big traffic congestion around the property, and the surroundings feel calm and residential—perfect if you’re looking for a more relaxed vibe.
What I appreciated most was the easy access to key places. It’s conveniently positioned for getting around Dubai, with straightforward routes to the airport, shopping centers like Mirdif City Center, and other attractions without dealing with heavy jams.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere suited a restful stay. I’d definitely recommend Millennium Place Mirdif if you’re after good service, a quiet location, and convenient connectivity without the chaos of central Dubai. Great value for a comfortable 6-night trip.
