When they can greatly exceed expectations in style! Lots of amazing service in Dubai, but this was a level extra. Solid recommendation for sure. Area wise it’s turning really nice with walk/runs around the area and easy in and out, lots of amenities on site to relax and enjoy while during downtime.

We had a lovely stay. The evening buffet was fantastic — the seafood was especially delicious. My little one really enjoyed the experience with the chef, particularly making pizza and muffins. However, I found the kids’ club a bit underwhelming. There were very few toys, and many of them seemed quite worn out, with no structured activities offered. It would be great to see some updates, including more engaging toys and staff who can provide creative, fun activities for the children.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ 4.5/5 Amazing Stay at Palazzo Versace Dubai I recently stayed at the Palazzo Versace Dubai, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The property is absolutely stunning — from the elegant design to the immaculate rooms and beautiful amenities, everything truly reflects luxury. The food, ambiance, and overall atmosphere made my stay feel special and memorable. After visiting Dubai before and staying at other hotels, If I had one suggestion, it would be for the staff to be just a bit more attentive. While everyone was polite and professional, there were a few moments where quicker or more proactive service would have elevated the experience from great to exceptional. It’s the little hi or hello when passing that makes it more warm and friendly. With that said, I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend and would happily return. With a bit more attentiveness from the team, this hotel would easily be a perfect 5-star experience.

Checking in was the most stressful and disappointed experience by Kemal and his manager Mohamed when I expressed my room was super dirty, the carpet was super nasty, old furnitures, the bed was broken. They made me wait for two hours to get a room, I even requested my money back, I paid close to 5000 dollars for a 6 night stay to received this service. Expedia said they are the only ones who can approve a refund. I wanted to leave but they kept my money, I was only offered two dinners with soft drinks included, but the two times we went to dinner the staff at the restaurant they had no idea about what I was offered and everytime they tried to charge us, it was a nightmare staying at this “hotel 5 stars” choose other hotels depending on your budget, I stayed before in other hotels and their customer service, food, amenities and cleaness are exceptional
