"While the Expedia listing was inaccurate (there are no rooms with a king bed and two doubles/twins), the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is close to a city elevator; just make sure to catch it before it closes, or you will be hiking up several flights of stairs. The lounge areas throughout the property, including the outdoor terraces, were wonderful for our group of six to relax. The included breakfast and the views from the restaurant were amazing!"

It’s not coffee machine in the room and you will receive a water bottle as welcome, but after that you will need to pay for it. Service is very nice and goes beyond to help, we are grateful to Felipe who helps us all the time. Security is one of the most important value on this property and make us feel comfortable and safe. The common areas are very comfortable and we love the roof bar close to the warm pool with warming gas heaters and the palm trees decoration."
