"The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time. We had to allow extra time as all the traffic was rerouted away from the main throughfare, had to take a golf cart then drag our luggage across the race route to get to the taxi. The hotel is looking its age, needs a revamp to get rid of old battered fruniture and replace carpets Yhe indoor pool...

"We thought about cancelling our reservation before we even saw the room, then we saw the room and immediately decided to cancel. The place was swarming with ants - in the hallways and again inside our room. The furniture was very worn - the leather couch was peeling, the chairs were rusted. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush. Most of all, the entire complex (even outside) had the strongest, most nauseating smell. It was like something had exploded an air freshener bomb to cover something...

"The hotel has nice location but the rooms are very small and so are the bed so not much space to move inside. Two things that annoyed me a lot here though. The pool you see in the pics are not correct. It was only 3 chairs at the pool and no chair cushions on them. One of them was available at the time I went there but could not use it becauase it was full with bird poo. All boardwalk was in fact with bird poo so they dont clean or maintain the pool area, despite we went their on a Saturday in...

"The property's location is unbeatable (very quiet neighborhood and close to the casino) Unfortunately, the people managing this apartment (George) lacks any customer service skills, they include a couple of contact numbers, both useless, since both phones are disconnected all the time, never reply messages or if you insist in calling them, they get annoyed. If you have other choice better pick that one."
