A great location in the heart of Viña two blocks from the beach. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If I return to Viña I will definitely stay there again.

Best staff ever

The owners and staff at the hotel were incredible! So nice and friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed being served breakfast by Lucas. It is lovely to see they actually practise inclusion. The hotel itself could do with a little bit of TLC, especially the bathrooms. The food was very nice with a choice of lovely Chilean dishes every day. Very personalised attention and the location is fantastic. I was there for work and I didn’t have an iron in my room but they basically ran to the store to get me one! Thanks to Soledad and the team for a very pleasant stay!

Very nice place/nice staff and unbeatable location

Good experience, well condition and good service. Nice breskfast and superior care for guests. Very good location to visit beach and San Martin avenue and Peru avenue where there are a lot of restaurantes, cafeterias and bars. You can leave car in hotel and walk. We visited Viña del mar with children an hotel was a very good choice.

Great place to stay

The place was very central to the seafront and bars. Very friendly staff. Very accommodating to our needs. We were given a much bigger room to accommodate three singles. Also, we were given a nice cocktail at bedtime! Drink could be given as a welcome drink instead. Excellent place to stay. 10/10

El mejor hotel en el cual me hospedó en mi viaje a Chile, todo el personal es tan amable, está tan pendiente y siempre con una sonrisa, la habitación con balcón, baño enorme, closet con caja fuerte, frigobar, cama enorme y cómoda, uff y sin olvidar el desayuno mas delicioso que he probado (Panqueque con dulce de leche, omelette, café, fresco y agua pura. Desde Guatemala puedo decir que este hotel boutique es la mejor decisión que tome durante todo mi viaje.

Hotel está simplesmente destruido não sei porque dão nota alta a este hotel, todos os quartos bem velhos , Paredes com mofos e descascando ar condicionado e frigobar não funcionam , banheiro um nojo rejuntes velhos só mofo ,acho que deveriam ser mais criteriosos no avaliar e não se deixar levar pela simpatia do proprietário, as instalações estão acabadas , sem comentários

Atendimento excelente, café bom, localização perfeita. O quarto não está legal. Não há janela, só clarabóia (que a gente não consegue acessar) banheiro mínino e mal cuidado, muito antigo. Dá agonia ficar em um quarto assim.

Un lugar para siempre volver

El lugar un encanto. Es boutique, pero mas bien es un ambiente familiar y cercano. Los anfitriones son demasiados amables. Una atención increíble. Habitaciones amplias, ventiladas y con muy buena iluminación. Íbamos con niños y la atención fue excelente. Con juegos de mesa, les imprimieron dibujos para pintar, les sirvieron desayuno a su gusto.

Muy Recomendado. Excelente ubicación.

La ubicación es excelente, a pasos de la playa, muchos restaurantes cercanos, caminando llegas al casino, metro, reloj de flores. La atención muy buena, personalizada, estuvimos muy cómodos. Las camas con muy buenos colchones y almohadas. Todo limpio. Lo recomiendo.
