"First class all the way! "

"This was our second hotel in Vina del Mar so it was a different environment, close to the city center and the river. We checked in around 1:00PM and the staff was friendly and although we were early, they had a room ready for us. The room was a decent size, clean and had a view of the view and city. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a good stream and was hot. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety which was filling. There are a lot of decent restaurants in the area which we enjoyed. All in all it was a very positive experience and good value for money."

"rooms clean but sheets were never changed while we were there. the staff was excellent so welcoming smiling all the time. They went out of their way to meet our needs. We did accidentally pack the hair dryer with us. Waiting to how see how you would like us to deal with the situation. will refer our friends to stay at your beautiful hotel."
