"gorgeous spot and view of the water. Lovely rooms, very clean and nice bathrooms (with shower and bathtub!). The pool is also nice. We didn't take breakfast, just some juice, and that was definitely overpriced (and not jugo natural). But the staff was also overall incredibly friendly and we had a great time."

"This hotel has so much character and located right in the heart of the Concepcion area of Valparaiso. So many things to see and yummy restaurants nearby with amazing views of the ocean. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We rented a car, so needed parking. Their recommendation of a nearby garage had a bonus of a valet to bring our car and even pick us up at the bottom of the hill when we could no longer climb stairs, all for a great price! ! Overall a very good...
