Great stay and amazing staff! Room was clean and quite comfortable! They are really accommodating for young families. We would not hesitate to book again. Only downside was the noisy construction on the street but the room did come equipped with a white noise machine.

Had 2 Queen beds in my room. 1 bed was fine, but the other had a crater in it! Also, ceilings are paper thin - people above woke me up at 6am becaus of all the noise. I was on the 2nd floor. Next time I’ll ask for the top floor.

We stayed there for 3 nights with our 3 kids, and everything was wonderful! Received by Cassandra at our arrival she was nice and professional, and made us feel very welcomed. The room was a suite with a kitchen 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Everyone slep great. The bathroom has no tub only a shower, so if you have small ones make sure your room has a tub. Otherwise, the facilities were clean, the bedding was clean, everything was well kept. Our kids loved the heated pool. The free continental breakfast was so-so. They should work on the quality. But luckily the hotel is well situated and there are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can eat. We enjoyed our stay and would be looking to stay here again for our next trip to Quebec.

This was such a terrible hotel. Our children slept on the pullout coach and it was terribly lumpy and we had one blanket provided for them that was thin and scratchy. Our room had 3 pillows total and we called twice to get more and they never arrived. The pool was ok but small when it was full it was not enjoyable. Such an expensive hotel and for not much. Breakfast was gross except for the waffles that my daughter waited in line for for over 20 minutes. When I booked I assumed the price was in $CAD as I was on expedia.ca app but have now learned it was the $USD price. I NEVER would have paid this much for this hotel if I had known. So disappointed.

We stayed there with 2 young kids and had a closed bedroom which was ideal. It felt like our own vacation condo. It was convenient for us to stay there to visit the Aquarium, Les Galeries de la Capitale and then the old city. Breakfast was not to die for but convenient. Would stay there again.
