"Telephone in this room was out of order.It was pointed out at the reception desk but no one came to fix it."

"Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Quiet place considering it is close to the highway. Breakfast was ok, had hot oatmeal, toast, etc but the hard boiled eggs were just sitting out in a bowl instead of cooled. Overall It is a decent hotel for the price, I’d go back. "

"Don’t stay on the first floor by elevators and pool. Lots of kids here for hockey tournaments ir whatever event and the noise on that first level is steady until after 10pm."

"Our room was clean and ready at check in, the breakfast was excellent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, informative and genuinely kind. Our shower door was missing a seal so we needed up with water all over the floor. The pressure was strong in fact it popped the cover off the hand held. The pool was clean and towels were available. It was quite dark as they only had the wall sconces on at night and I feel it did not provide enough light for the swimming area where mostly children were swimming with parents sitting around the pool. I would book this hotel again"

"Clean room and bathroom . The bed was incredible to sleep in and the pillows made you feel like sleeping on a cloud . Even though this Inn is located next to the highway, you don’t hear anything ! Highly recommend for a stay in Hamilton "
