"I have been searching for an airport hotel for layovers in Toronto, and now I've found it. I will never stay anywhere else! We loved the professionalism of the front office staff, the cleanliness of the room, the efficiency of check in, and the warm welcome cookie! Although the restaurant was closed, the staff on site were kind and courteous with my questions.
Due to the sea of sketchy taxi drivers at YYZ, the 24hr shuttle to and from the airport is an essential service for me. While I appreciated the amenity, the need to call the shuttle driver from the airport was inconvenient. It was often difficult to get through to the driver, and the driver was not overly happy to speak with guests. A scheduled service would be more effective, and would diminish the amount of time the drivers spend on their phones while driving. The drivers would also benefit from some basic customer service training. I cannot imagine how difficult and frustrating their jobs are, but complaining loudly to guests about other guests while weaving dangerously through traffic is not an enticing first experience of a hotel.

"Great bar and food was good from the in house resturant. Cook was on point. I had mussels and the pasta dish with added chicken. Not much to do in the area. Mostly hotels and industry. Small bathroom but room was spacious. "
