This was a nice stay for our family of five and our dog. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The facility was clean. The free breakfast was excellent. Just as a warning - the mattresses are quite firm, and for some reason Uber Eats ordered my sushi from a place in Kitchener and my beer add on from a place in Cambridge. A 37 minute delivery time ended up being more than 90. Not sure if it was a one off a glitch or a regular thing.

Clean and modern hotel with great amenities - free breakfast and evening meal (some nights), pool, gym, laundry. Free parking. Good value and only minutes from downtown or to the University. Only downside is it’s not walkable to any dining options, but it’s a short drive.
