"Rude staff "

"Good location. Quite area. Only one restaurant immediately near but there is other option a bit further out. Outward facing ( no internal halls) so you hear people, cars, laundry carts going by. The laundry carts or suitcase rolling by are loud. I would recommend they find a way to soften this ( mats, runners). Breakfast options good. "

"Airport shuttle hours state they were until 10pm. I was in contact with the front desk 2 hrs prior to arrival. I let them know we would arrive at 930pm to which they stated, I would have to wait until 10pm. When I reached out at 9:35pm they said they couldn't pick us up because the shuttle had to be back by 10pm (it's 7 min one way). They suggested to take Marriot Courtyard shuttle since it was across the street. 3 luggages, a stroller, car seat and a one year old with plenty of communication and zero care."
