It’s probably the cleanest Red Roof Hotel I’ve ever been to and what made it difference is they’re all inside rooms so you feel safe and secure The staff and the people we met were all very nice and we will stay there again next year when we come down for the Leesburg flower and garden festival

It's a Red Roof, so I don't expect frills. Room was clean. The AC unit in our room kept cool but didn't seem to pull the humidity out. Fridge was handy, the breakfast very limited. Only gripe I have really is the center door, which is supposed to be secure, was not operational. So anyone could gain access to the building.

If you have a bad back and suffer from back pain, the beds are hard, and I would not recommend staying there. However, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, there was free parking, it was completely safe, and it was very quiet. We had a problem with the AC unit, and the staff came promptly to the room and fixed the issue. All in all, I recommend this hotel, but not for people with chronic back pain.

Very clean hotel with a very helpful staff. However the AC didn’t work great. There is nowhere to sit outside which is bad when you are waiting for your ride. 2 seats in the lobby and the couch in the lobby was turned around so it couldn’t be used.

The room was clean but could use some remodeling. My room didn’t have a microwave (I guess you have to request a room with one), but I could use the breakfast area microwave. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. One front desk employee was particularly helpful and friendly. Overall my stay went well.
