"The property was nice and the price was great. There was some confusion at the front desk with our room when we arrived, but they fixed it. Keep in mind there is a bit of a language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish very well. Our cocktails seemed watered down so we stuck to champagne or wine. The restaurants are only open certain times and reservations seemed hard to come by. The pools are amazing, the nightlife and entertainment was fun for us. We’re 45 though so I’m not sure how younger people may feel. The only thing we really disliked was the tour we felt like we had to take when we were arrived. He was very nice but took us all over the place when we really just wanted to get to our room. He then tried to get us to schedule breakfast for the next morning. When I questioned why I had to do that knowing there was a buffet, he didn’t really give me an answer but kept trying to ask what time I wanted to come down for breakfast and meet someone. I said I’m not doing that and later found out it was a for a time share pitch. However, I would recommend this place to others."
