"My three kids and I stayed in the Family Club section and it was perfect. Very clean resort and the staff was top notch. They gave us the sense that they were honored to work there and did everything possible to make our stay a fantastic one. The food options were great and we always had plenty of everything. We would come back again for sure."

"This was our first time to Punta Cana we are a family of four. My experience is mixed. I would say from Punta Cana’s Oceanside resort side … management team needs to do a little bit better on the service side, for example my flight was delayed by six hours. It was a Friday night. I had already lost my evening time at the resort when I landed at about 12 at the front desk it took them almost 1 hour to check me in after that the next two days, I had to continuously keep on calling the front desk, which most of the time was never answered, or was rerouted to concierge to management to someone else in Shot for two days we had no AC working in the hotel room and then on the third day when I really got upset, they moved me and the room was much much much better so I in Shot I guess when people call for services probably they are hard staffed or my feeling is because that reservation was done through a third-party. I don’t want to get more details onto it for I am in the same hospitality business. Now good side … the food was wonderful. The wait was never there for any specialized restaurants. Property was kept very well clean…. maybe on the drinks side they can make a little bit more stronger, but it’s understood. Breakfast was good. Lunch was nice fresh …. I fell. The desert can be more better made didn’t have the taste that we are normally associated . I enjoy the fresh fruit. Mike’s coffee was wonderful all in all. I don’t mind coming back. Cheers."

"It was nice. The food for the most part was a little above average. The Italian restaurant was 5 star for sure. The most disappointing part was the beach, it was not what was expected...way too much algae floating."
