Majestic Hotel Group in Punta Cana

"Tuvimos varias dificultades en la habitación, como una fuga de agua la primera noche y el segundo día no limpiaron nuestra habitación ni cambiaron las toallas (Fue reportado por la persona en el check out). El personal en general es muy respetuoso y atento, sin embargo vimos algunas practicas que no me parecieron correctas, como rellenar una botella de licor con otra de marca distinta. Se supone que es un hotel 4 diamantes y el precio esta por encima de muchos otros. "

"Only complaint was checking in (absolutely awful for 2 families ahead - 1 hour wait). Something needs to be done to streamline that. "

"Overall had a good experience but I can't say it was amazing. The property is clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room each day. Buffet food was decent (ate there the most) and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Evening entertainment was nice. The wifi is an unsecured network which is not ideal. If you go to the beach be aware of the constant line of peddlers. Get out early to reserve sun beds (even though there are signs not to)...because if you don't, the shade spots are all gone by 7 AM. Be aware that pool towels may be swapped out but the station is tucked away and not marked (make a plan to do that first thing in the morning as you run the risk that they don't have any more clean towels in the afternoon). "

"The Majestic Mirage is one of the most beautiful places we’ve vacationed at. Pristine white sandy beaches with plenty of shady spots to relax. Lush landscaped grounds & plenty of delicious food choices. Cocktails were plentiful at the beach or pool. Our club “adults only” 2 room suite consisted of a large living room with pull out couch & powder room. The refrigerator was always stocked with bottled water & a variety of sodas & snacks. The large spacious bedroom had plenty of storage, a huge walk in shower & another 2nd bathroom with a double terrace overlooked a winding River. We absolutely loved the Mirages’s exclusive coffee bar Cafe Espanol for lattes & cappuccinos. Our Butler De Leon was great always seeking us out to make sure every thing was perfect. All the employees greeted us with a smile at every venue & remembered us by name. I highly recommend this resort."

"The resort is really beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. The inconsistency of the food is the only reason we gave it 4 rather than 5 stars. The main buffet always had a wide variety of options, but the quality varied greatly. The restaurants on site were very nice, but again, the food quality varied. We had a poolside room, with an infinity pool just off our patio, which was really wonderful. The staff are mostly very kind and helpful. There was always music playing outside, creating a fun, festive atmosphere. "

"Is not easy to find our booking minivan, And we didn’t even get the minivan that I book for round trip we pay extra for taxi when we go to the airport that’s why we need to refund"

"Had a very good experience. Super clean property. Staff is helpful. Kids will enjoy this place. However, Need more food options at beach area. Also need to add Indian cuisine dishes. Most of the staff doesn't know English, that is challenging. Sweetery shop has average quality icecream. "
