"Las. Chicas del club de los niños, súper profesionales, también el salvavidas de la picina de los niños al costado del cuarto. 8324 k fue en el. Cuarto donde yo me ospede , una persona muy humilde y servicial, muy profesional también., mi cuarto un poco descuidado , un control para dos televisiónes y no funcionaba correctamente, el asiento del toilet estaba dañado, el colgador de ropa de l patio del llacusi tambien estaba dañado , de talles importantes, el resto muy excelente"

"The staff were friendly and responsive. The food was very good. Mike’s coffee shop was one of my favorite places. We also loved the beach. While there was a lot of sargassum due to the season, the staff did a nice job trying to clean up what they could in the mornings. Overall, we would definitely recommend and hope to come back!"

"The staff was great. Herves who works on the beach selling coconuts was amazing. Our room could have been cleaner. The throw pillows did not smell good so we just made sure to leave them off the bed. The food was okay. We didn’t use the butler service since we just went to relax and not do anything but overall he could have been more present/attentive- we were there for 3 nights, we didn’t see him after we arrived and got a call from him once. We loved the pool, the cabanas by the beach, and the swim up bars. We had a jacuzzi outside the room but we didn’t use that. We did enjoy the swim up pool. We had been to the colonial with our kids and I’d return to this hotel for that type of trip but I wouldn’t categorize it as a luxurious stay."

"Resort was beautiful! Lots of restaurants, bars and pools. Nice beach with lots of loungers. Food was okay. Air conditioning struggled to keep up in the restaurants but worked fine in the rooms. Family Selection was top notch!"
