"It’s a really good safe quiet place to stay if your solar solo female traveller for work. The staff are really nice and always willing to help so I would definitely recommend this to anybody especially someone that wants somewhere quiet and safe and it gets locked up at night so it’s very secure do you have a really good night sleep the rooms are nice and comfortable the one bedroom executives are really good cause they have laundry washing machine and dryer"

"If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown (10 minutes to the CBD) and enjoy a lovely territorial view, this is the place to stay when visiting New Plymouth. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our spacious room and quiet surroundings ... you might hear a cow occasionally 'mooing' but that's part of the country side ambiance of One Burgess Hill."

"The place was spotless had everything you need to heat or prepare a meal.close to the beach and town.Great bed had two good nights sleep,lovely and quiet.Would recommend putting a solar light in the driveway forgot my torch 🔦 on one night. Would definitely recommend Studio 22 great value. Rhys"
