As you can see online, including recent videos from travelers and influencers like Nick Guillory, the city is fully back to normal and shining again. Authorities responded immediately and efficiently. Any temporary one-day disruptions were resolved quickly, and normal operations were restored without lasting impact on the destination.



All our buildings are fully operational, the international airport is running on schedule, and our concierge team is excited to welcome and assist you. The beaches, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere that make Vallarta so special are here, safe and thriving.

Step into our elegantly appointed apartment, where luxury meets comfort in the heart of the city. Our space features two king-sized beds, including a unique flex bed that effortlessly transforms from a stylish wall unit to a comfortable sleeping area for two, making it ideal for groups or families. When reserved for four, sliding doors seamlessly convert the living space into an additional private bedroom.



In the master suite, indulge in the lavishness of a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complemented by L'Occitane bath products for a touch of spa-like luxury. The kitchen, a culinary haven, is fully equipped with modern appliances and essentials for your cooking needs.



Every detail in this apartment, from the plush linens to the thoughtful layout, is designed for your ultimate comfort and privacy, ensuring a memorable stay in our oasis.

For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:



Check-In Details:

Time: 3 PM

You Will receive all the necessary information (Wi-Fi, rules, etc.) at check-in.

For early check-in requests, please use the guest portal or contact us directly.

*Note: Early check-in incurs a fee.



CLEANING:

Scheduled cleaning is included in your reservation (exceptions apply).



Amenities:

Complimentary beverages in the fridge.

We supply L'Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion. Any L’occitane item taken Will be charged 20 USD per item.

Towels and bed linen are provided. Any stains or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.



Check-Out:

Check-out is at 11 AM. For late check-out, book it on your guest portal or directly with our guest manager to check availability (extra cost applies).



Penalties apply for unannounced departures post 11 AM.



Ensure the apartment is in good order at check-out to avoid charges for any irregularities and do not Forget to turn off all the lights and AC, close the door after you. Please send us a message when you left the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

This seventh-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (SOHO PV) in Puerto Vallarta, is located just a few minutes from beaches, restaurants, bars, theaters, nightclubs, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals.. .! And it is important to mention that the building is quite safe and quiet.



If you are looking to relax and enjoy a sunbath, this is your place!

If you are planning your family vacation, this place is spacious and adorable!

If you come with your partner, we can help you prepare a romantic dinner.

And of course, if you come alone, the tranquility and views will be comforting.



Getting Around:

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.



If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service.



If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby.

CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. Please wait for your concierge to return the keys and check the apartment.

CLEANING: Scheduled cleaning is included in your stay (exceptions may apply).

PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are welcome. $120 USD pet fee per stay.

VISITORS: Max 2 visitors allowed (not overnight). Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fee.

ENERGY USAGE:

Your stay includes 25 kWh/day. Help us save energy by turning off lights and A/C when not in use.

The unit has NEST AC controllers – we’ll gladly show you how they work.

Recommended settings: 22–24°C (72–75°F), turn off when leaving the apartment. If you set the AC below 72°F, the system will automatically shut off for safety reasons.

HOUSE RULES:

– No parties allowed

– Keep music volume low

– Smoking is strictly forbidden inside

– Respect the space and the neighbors

– We offer extra services: airport transfers, grocery stocking, restaurant and tour bookings (extra fees may apply)

⚠️ PENALTIES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS (increasing severity):



Lost key or access card → $70 USD

Stained/ruined towels or sheets → $50 USD per item

Irrecoverably stained rug → $100 USD

Excessively dirty apartment → $200 USD (deep cleaning)

Smoking indoors → $200 USD (professional deodorization)

Unauthorized overnight guests → $200 USD/night per person

Excessive noise or unauthorized party → $150 USD + possible eviction

Biological waste (e.g., excrement outside toilet, used condoms) → $300 USD (specialized disinfection)

Parties, drugs, or prostitution → $500 USD fine + immediate report to Airbnb
