Great location- only a couple blocks from historic center and good birria restaurants. Rooms are nice & spacious and the pool was an added plus especially with the warm weather. It’s a beautiful home and our group would definitely stay here again!

Todo muy bien, indicaciones muy claras. Espacio limpio. Sí hay mucho ruido cuando te toca pegado a la calle, yo no tuve problema con el ruido de los carros pasando, pero sí hay muchos autombilistas que pitan mucho. El agua de la piscina no estaba limpia, aunque ya es diciembre, no hubiera entrado de todas formas. Lo único es que la presión de la regadera es muy poca, entonces tienes que dejar mucho tiempo para bañarte.

No es un hotel: es un airb&b. No hay servicio de limpieza diario. La alberca estaba sucia, imposible de usar. La habitación tiene un solo foco en el techo y nada más. El agua nunca salió caliente, y la presión era mínima.

La propiedad en sibesta muy bien ubicada (centrica) lo malo es que tines que deplazarte al centro para encontrar un oxxo o tiendas de conveniencia, bancos o cajeros automáticos, me dieron la habitación que da a la calle y es una avenida muy ruidosa, motos, camiones desde muy temprano, por lo que no pude descansar. Si hubiera sido otra habitacion tal vez daria 5 estrellas. Tuve un detalle con la reserva ya que en la publicacion dice que se paga al llegar a la propiedad, pero no es asi. Te piden que pagues desde la pagina de la propiedad para que tu reserva quede lista.

La ubicación es muy insegura , hasta mi trasporte me lo dijo y más para dos mujeres solas que van por primera vez de visita , no hay nada cercano , está horrible la calle , entras y está solo da miedo se me hace inseguro adentro , mejor decidimos retirarnos y irnos a otro hotel más cercano del centro y con más seguridad yo no recomiendo esta estancia la verdad si vas por primera vez a Guadalajara aparte que fue dinero perdido 🙄

La zona según comentarios varios taxistas era insegura. La presión del agua era pésima y el caudal insuficiente. Tiene una escalera con mucha pendiente en la habitación 8, no apta para personas mayores. La piscina se veia turbia. Propiedad hermosa, paños de calidad, limpieza de la habitación muy buena. Falta un espejo fuera del baño.

Me gustó mucho la estancia, las instalaciones me encantaron pero en ningún momento tienes trato directo con algún encargado, en caso de dudas… se me hizo un cobro extra (de protección) del cual nadie me había notificado hasta que pregunté, fuera de eso la estancia fue buena.
