2 BR 2 BA 1 block to fun bars on Lazaro Cardenas. Restaurants and beach are close and walkable. Comfortable air conditioned space. Beautiful views from rooftop infinity pool. Beach is a short walk. Gym in building with A/C, dumbells, Smith machine, squat rack, 5 position cable machine etc. Wifi in condo, gym and rooftop pool areas. Condo and terrace are a great place to invite a friend over for a cocktail.
The space
Kitchen is equipped for cooking: cooktop, oven, microwave, pots & pans, blender, toaster, coffee & tea kettles. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance, so you might not make more than cocktails in the condo.
TV in living room and in each bedroom. Access to Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO.
Guest access
The building is new, so there are relatively few other people around. The rooftop pool and gym are often unoccupied, leaving you and your party with plenty of space and privacy.
