"It was everything that was advertised and more! It was the best equipped property we have ever stayed at with every detail done to perfection! My wife could not quit stating how much she loved the place. The hosts were delightful and most helpful when we had some car issues. Definately will return. Oh ya we even witnessed a family of wild pigs stroll across the driveway!!! Amazing!!!"

"The Sunrise Studio was perfect for what I needed. A comfortable bed, beautifully clean, spacious enough for me… and would be good for 2 adults , as well. It would be nice if the furniture was more oriented to the windows and the views, but I understand why it is arranged as it is. The trails in the area are some of my favourites, and they are easy to get to… Please consider providing tea towels and a teapot (not just a kettle) for those of us who are likely to spend most of our time closer to...

"The place was very nice, very quiet and very clean! The unit was large enough to spread out and relax. The full sized fridge was a huge bonus for me. The mountain views from the large balcony were spectacular. The BBQ grill was a great bonus. The host was awesome and responded immediately when I had questions. You will not be disappointed. "

"We came one year ago and stayed in this studio. It was very clean, quiet area and loved our stay. The big comfy king bed was relaxing. We wanted to come back and so we rented this studio and the Flitstone Home as well knowing we'd have about 11 people staying in Prescott. The owners are friendly, and responded quickly to questions. Great Stay!!"

"It's a beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Be sure to go out and enjoy downtown Prescott before it gets too late because, despite its wild west past, it's a town that closes down pretty early in the evening. But you couldn't ask for a better location for enjoying downtown. The only problem with the place was that the jets in the tub weren't working and by the time we tried it out, it seemed a little late to call about it since it's not like a regular hotel with an all night staff. Aside...

"Broken furniture, cob webs everywhere, toilet that needs a deep cleaning, hair and a used washcloth in the shower, shades that didn't work. By far, this has been one of the worst places to stay. For the price, there was no effort by the owner to even clean the place. "

"A bit of luxury at the end of our road trip. This house was spacious, very well equipped, great decor, a garage and loads of little extras added by the owners. It is only a 20 minute stroll from the centre in a quiet area just off the main road and was perfect for our short stay. Watson lake and Goldwater lakes are both nearby and well worth a visit. The owners were really helpful and very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house."
