Enjoy an amazing view experience (including stunning sunsets, sunrises, city lights, San Francisco peaks, Mingus Mountain & a slither of Watson Lake when full) from the many windows. Our Boho modern decor & well-lit studio is 3.1 miles from Prescott's d/town. We are located in the hills dotted w/ custom homes. We provide a comfortable, well-equipped stay w/ everything you need in the open floor plan. Enjoy a good night sleep w/ the help of Black-out curtains, a comfy King bed, feather duvet, Air Conditioning & quiet neighbors.

Looking for VIEWS? Welcome to our well-lit modern open plan studio, where you have all the amenities in the comfortable well-designed space. Our place is all on one level with no step access to the front double French doors, and the patio. We have a kitchenette with bar sink, stainless air fryer/convection oven, toaster, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, and 3 coffee making options for our coffee connoisseurs. BBQ on balcony for cooking. There’s a cute rustic indoor dining table for two. Relax indoors while still enjoying the outdoors as the space has many windows letting in the light and amazing views. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the chilly days and evenings. The comfortable king bed with feather comforter is positioned for you to enjoy the fire and the sunsets. If you're fortunate to be an early riser you will love the morning sky. The studio is positioned to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises. Behind the barn door is the step free European shower room with rain shower, Bluetooth speaker, toilet, and grab bar. Adjacent to the shower is a separate vanity and sink. Step out to your patio to BBQ or relax on the lounger. There is an outdoor dining table on the property for you to use if you feel like eating outside. It's not in your designated area though. Come enjoy and have fun in Prescott.
***We only allow for 2 adult guests.
***We allow for 2 domestic pets. We charge a $40 per night per animal fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you're going to be bringing any pets. Please note that our property in not fenced.

A Little Slice of Heaven

What an awesome little casita! The decor is super cute, and the views are absolutely beautiful. I got to meet both owners and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It’s also tough to find truly dog-friendly places, but this one nailed it. Highly recommend—and I’d definitely stay here again!

The only problem was the bathroom.. toilet was in the shower.. that wasn’t a big deal, but the shower only had a rainfall head with not good pressure.. the only other issue was parking.

Amazing views and property!

My hubby and I drove in from Waddell, AZ for a Prescott weekend and to watch the Mike High PBR. Weather was amazing and this property has the most spectacular views! The host had a complete welcome guide for sites and activities which was awesome and overall the property was extremely well put together. We highly recommend this location!

Perfect get away!

We traveled from Phoenix to see somewhere new. The casita was so cozy and our hosts were very accommodating. We even decided to stay an extra night! So happy they could accommodate our last minute change. I wouldn’t change a thing, perfect get away.

Fantastic and Quiet Stat

This is a beautiful area. The views are amazing from the casita. Host was incredibly accommodating and communicative. We stayed with our German Shepherd and had a much needed rest for our little getaway from city life. Thank you so much again.

Amazingly awesome!

Everything was great!! Only one little thing... maybe a thicker mattress pad or a memory foam pad as the bed was very hard. But we loved it!! Place is beautiful and such loving owners and host.

Beautiful Studio

My husband and I really both had a jaw dropping experience when we walked into this place. It looks like a professionally decorated place and has a chick desert vibe! The entire place is surrounded with windows allowing a lot of air and light in. We definitely want to come back during the cooler months as well. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect spot for a couples getaway

The owners have such great attention to detail. The property is beautiful with so many layers to it. Great views and beautiful sunrises/sunsets. The room has what you need and is very peaceful. My only area of critique would be that it was pretty warm and tough to cool down. The weather was a little hotter than normal so I don’t fault the owners on that. It’s just enough space and I’m sure the ac unit works well when temps are not above average. Overall, we will book this again. Great value for the price and very close to all the attractions in Prescott.

Tranquility found

We are so fortunate to have enjoyed four nights at this lovely casita and we are leaving feeling a sense of rejuvenation. Everyone else has mentions the views, which are stunning but it’s the quiet evenings on the back deck watching the birds and listening to the water flow in the pond and the morning sunrises that really made our stay special. We don’t know how the hosts respond to problems or questions because we had none. We met them though and they are both lovely and made us feel quite comfortable. We spent the days at the nearby lakes hiking, e-biking and kayaking.The outdoor concerts on the plaza and museums are a must. The comfy king sized bed, well-equipped kitchen and nice leather couch were much appreciated. We will return ❤️
