Enjoy an amazing view experience (including stunning sunsets, sunrises, city lights, San Francisco peaks, Mingus Mountain & a slither of Watson Lake when full) from the many windows. Our Boho modern decor & well-lit studio is 3.1 miles from Prescott's d/town. We are located in the hills dotted w/ custom homes. We provide a comfortable, well-equipped stay w/ everything you need in the open floor plan. Enjoy a good night sleep w/ the help of Black-out curtains, a comfy King bed, feather duvet, Air Conditioning & quiet neighbors.

Looking for VIEWS? Welcome to our well-lit modern open plan studio, where you have all the amenities in the comfortable well-designed space. Our place is all on one level with no step access to the front double French doors, and the patio. We have a kitchenette with bar sink, stainless air fryer/convection oven, toaster, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, and 3 coffee making options for our coffee connoisseurs. BBQ on balcony for cooking. There’s a cute rustic indoor dining table for two. Relax indoors while still enjoying the outdoors as the space has many windows letting in the light and amazing views. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the chilly days and evenings. The comfortable king bed with feather comforter is positioned for you to enjoy the fire and the sunsets. If you're fortunate to be an early riser you will love the morning sky. The studio is positioned to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises. Behind the barn door is the step free European shower room with rain shower, Bluetooth speaker, toilet, and grab bar. Adjacent to the shower is a separate vanity and sink. Step out to your patio to BBQ or relax on the lounger. There is an outdoor dining table on the property for you to use if you feel like eating outside. It's not in your designated area though. Come enjoy and have fun in Prescott.
***We only allow for 2 adult guests.
***We allow for 2 domestic pets. We charge a $40 per night per animal fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you're going to be bringing any pets. Please note that our property in not fenced.

Host very friendly, Outstanding Views, Beautifully Decorated Casita, Exceptionally Comfortable Bed, Good location.Had a little problem getting the heating stove to work - but did get it going and it heated wonderfully (in truth it may have been our fault understanding the directions in the hospitality book).I would have liked to rate our stay 4.5 stars since the WiFi/Internet seemed very weak (at least when we were there). I did better on my iPad by switching over to my iPhone hotspot as the WiFi and Internet kept going off. Because of the Internet issue the TV worked sometime, but not most of the time (Fortunately I am not an avid football fan). Maybe it was an issue with the area internet provider? All in all, we had a good time and can recommend this property. The hosts were very nice, responding to our concerns even while abroad! Very fine property!

Wonderful and restful stay

Amazing views and property!

My hubby and I drove in from Waddell, AZ for a Prescott weekend and to watch the Mike High PBR. Weather was amazing and this property has the most spectacular views! The host had a complete welcome guide for sites and activities which was awesome and overall the property was extremely well put together. We highly recommend this location!

This was the most beautiful place, beautiful location I have ever stayed in. the bed, the bathroom, the little kitchen, the couch, etc. everything was so amazingly comfortable. I usually have a phobia about staying in places so I usually bring my own air mattress, towels, bedsheets etc.., but this place was so immaculate, clean I didn’t feel Uncomfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I look forward to staying there again.

Peaceful and Promising Weekend

The rental was incredibly clean and well stocked with the amenities for one night. Gillian was super awesome by also accomodating for us by changing the weekend after I had last minute military service obligations. We spoke with Kelley face to face and she was so friendly. We plan to book again soon!
