"My stay for the month of August 203 was excellent from beginning to end. The location was good in relation to the city center (old Court building/Whiskey Row), Safeway nearby. Plenty of walking opportunities and a small park at the end of the street. Great cabin for one-two people, Owners were friendly and responsive."

"We needed a pet friendly base to explore Prescott. Nice fenced patio area. Well stocked kitchen, clean, with comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood downtown with walking distance to pet friendly restaurants and courthouse square. Only complaint is the “Victorian theme” and small space did not have reasonable and comfortable seating for reading and TV watching. Could use a chair upgrade."

"This property sits on a shared property with the owner on site. The unit was well equipped, super clean and close to downtown. The backyard patio space was perfect to host my niece and her husband for Thanksgiving day dinner. The owner was very accommodating and quick in response. We did have a hard time finding the wood that was to be provided for the outdoor fire pit. We did eventually find some and it made the patio super inviting."

"This beautiful home was the perfect getaway. It was tastefully updated so that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The owners were great to work with and quickly answered any questions we had. If we come to Prescott again, this will be the first place we look for a place to stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a clean, peaceful, realxing home away from home."

"Super relaxing stay in a secluded casita surrounded by beauty. A lovely little spot to catch the sunrise in the hot tub or the sunset on the roof terrace. This secret spot is tucked away so you can relax in peace, and enjoy the view to the valley below."

"Super cozy stay, had everything we needed. Perfect location, not too far from town but far enough to feel like a nice getaway. Our doggies loved it too and it even had a small dog run they could use. Although it’s right next to the main house, the entrance and deck are on the other side so it felt private and comfortable. We appreciated the details and paintings throughout the guest house. Will definitely come back when we’re in this area again."

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."

"Quick I didn't really dislike anything all good trip"

"Worst Rental Experience, mostly because of Prop Manager: 1. PM didn't respond to msgs on website until multiple emails, and sometimes, never responded 2. I switched to text msgs which was barely better, and then after 10 days PM said comms only on vrbo 3. Dryer and furnace did not work, and promised twice in two weeks to fix them...never did 4. My trip to Prescott was delayed due to Hurricane Ian (I'm moving from Florida), and PM tried to charge me a 50% change fee when it did not affect any...

"A bit of luxury at the end of our road trip. This house was spacious, very well equipped, great decor, a garage and loads of little extras added by the owners. It is only a 20 minute stroll from the centre in a quiet area just off the main road and was perfect for our short stay. Watson lake and Goldwater lakes are both nearby and well worth a visit. The owners were really helpful and very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house."
